Eligibility 1.1. The raffle is open to property managers who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. 1.2. Employees, officers, and directors of Vendors, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter 2.1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. 2.2. To enter, property managers must sign up for an account on the Vendors platform (https://www.discovervendors.com). 2.3. Each property manager who signs up will receive 1 raffle ticket. 2.4. For every 5 reviews (either written reviews or 'quick reviews') a property manager submits for companies listed on the platform, they will receive 5 additional raffle tickets. 2.5. Property managers who joined the Vendors platform before the start date of the raffle are automatically entered and will receive 1 raffle ticket. They are also eligible to earn additional raffle tickets as described in Section 2.4.

Raffle Period 3.1. The raffle will begin on [July 9, 2024] and end once the Vendors platform accumulates 1,000 total reviews from property managers. 3.2. The drawing for the raffle will be held within 7 days after reaching 1,000 reviews.

Prize 4.1. One (1) winner will receive a $5,000 cash prize. 4.2. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification 5.1. The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. 5.2. The drawing will be conducted by Vendors, Inc., whose decisions are final and binding. 5.3. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing. 5.4. The winner must respond within 10 days of notification. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

Taxes 6.1. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 6.2. The winner will be required to complete and submit a W-9 form (or equivalent for non-U.S. residents) to Vendors, Inc. 6.3. Vendors, Inc. will issue a Form W-2G to the winner and the IRS if required by law. 6.4. Vendors, Inc. may withhold federal income tax at the rate of 24% of the prize value, if applicable.

General Conditions 7.1. Vendors, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Vendors, Inc.'s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Vendors, Inc. in its sole discretion. 7.2. Vendors, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 7.3. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Vendors, Inc. reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability 8.1. Vendors, Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the raffle. 8.2. Vendors, Inc. is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software. 8.3. Vendors, Inc. is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Privacy 9.1. Information collected from entrants is subject to Vendors, Inc.'s privacy policy, which can be found at [ Vendors Terms of Service].

Governing Law 10.1. The raffle and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
